Rheilffordd Eryri - 2003
The Ffestiniog Railways 0-4-0 tender loco "Prince" brings the 1540hrs
train from Caernarfon to Rhyd Ddu into
Waunfawr station on Saturday 13th september 2003.
"Prince" takes on water at Waunfawr whilst waiting to cross a train
from Rhyd Ddu.
Garratt no. 138 "Millennium" brings the 1610hrs train from Rhyd
Ddu into Waunfawr, with
freight wagons behind passenger coaches and, out of sight, Garratt
no. 143 on rear!
Resplendant in its black livery Garratt no. 143 brings up the rear
of a real superpower train.
