The CCLR played host to visiting Cagney locomotive
for several days in early July 2007...
..seen here on a one coach train at Kingsway station
on 9/7/07.
The loco was one of 4 built by the Cagney brothers
in 1904 for the World Trade Fair in New York.
It was found in Peru with internal combustion engine,
having worked in a theme park there.
It was brought to England by Lawrence and son Jeremy
Martin where restoration took place and a new boiler built.
