at North Thoresby on final train
of Easter Saturday, 7th April 2012.
The 1890 built Manning Wardle 0-6-0 "Sir Berkeley" couples onto
train for return to Ludborough,
taking over from the Barclay no 1964, which waits to enter North
Thoresby siding.
"Sir Berkeley", on loan from VCT at Ingrow KWVR, seen at head of
train at North Thoresby.
Final train of the day pulls over the level crossing and into
Ludborough
station with "Sir Berkeley" in charge.

0-4-0 Barclay saddle tank No 1964 brings the freight, which doubles
as watering facility for locos at North Thoresby,
into Ludborough at end of Easter Saturdays services.
The J72 is coaled by a JCB ready for Sunday & Mondays
services....
...and then runs over the crossing and onto shed for the night.
