4906 seen here running past the holiday accomodation on the site.
"Vanguard" is stopped at the signal gantry whilst "Valiant" climbs
the grade around the back of the engine shed...
..and passes under the gantry to attain the outer circuit.
"Vanguard" earlier in day running to the outer circuit.
4-4-2 "Valiant" was built by Southern Miniature Railways Ltd and
operated at Southsea.
4-4-2 no. 4808 worked at Poole Park Miniature Railway until 1965.
A battery electric tram engine on a short train at the western end
of the site.
A "Sante Fe" diesel unit proved very popular with the children.
