Kirkby Green Light Railway is a privately owned 10.25 inch gauge railway in South Lincolnshire.
It has several public open days every summer and from the numbers of people present on this Bank Holiday Monday is very popular.
Atlantic 4906 "Valiant" crosses the mill stream with a well loaded train.
A class 37 diesel leaves the island platform upon which is situated the railways signal box from where all operations are controlled.
The diesel later in day crossing the metal viaduct in front of the mill house.
The second steam loco of the day, 4808 "Vanguard", in same location.
"Vanguard" turns and crosses the mill pond via a girder bridge.
Soon after the girder bridge is a short tunnel - 4906 emerges into the light.
