A4 pacific 60009 "Union of South Africa" arrives at
Barnetby on Friday 18th May 2007.
It is facing East and needs to turn for the following
days "The Hadrian" railtour.

The diesel is removed and 60009 runs light engine
to be turned.

A fine sight of a classic steam loco on tracks which
normally see class 60 and 66 diesels on freight trains.

Loco runs towards Barnetby East box and then to the
Ulceby triangle for turning to face west.

Seen some time later the loco runs into Barnetby for
overnight stabling...

Stabled in Network Rails depot adjacent to Barnetby
station.
