Recently returned to traffic 1967 built
Motorail Simplex locomotive (40s302) "Little Peat" leaving the shed.
Seen with the unpowered Wickham Trolley.
This is the extent of the extension to
the running line which now runs to the start of the moorland.
Ballasting work is due to start soon
with their newly acquired JCB
Many thanks to driver and guard for
allowing me to alight here to take photos.
The shed can be seen in the distance. We
then returned to the excellent cafe for refreshments!
