CROWLE - 30th May 2003

66562 with a Freightliner coal train heads westwards through Crowle station. To the right
is the Keadby canal which is close to the railway between Keadby and Thorne.

A local Doncaster to Scunthorpe service pulls into Crowle station passing the disused signal box.
A visit in April 2008 found that the signalbox first floor and complete house in background had been demolished.

60092 on mixed freight heading towards Doncaster.

Beyond Crowle travelling west is Godnow Bridge. A swing bridge over the Keadby Canal is
adjacent to a level crossing on the railway. A Cleethorpes bound diesel unit speeds past.
