Llanuwchllyn station on Friday 21st June 2013 - a day when there were no timetabled trains.

The station was open and visitors were welcome to view the signalbox...

...and the engine shed where Hunslet 0-4-0 "Holy War" was outside being oiled up for a driver experience day.

With cylinder drain cocks open the loco runs through the station to take coal and water.

...is disturbed by the train approaching on its return journey from Bala.
