Chemin de Fer de la Baie de Somme

Fête de la Vapeur 2016 - Friday 15th April 2016

Whilst the 9 locos go back to St. Valery I moved up the Cayeux-sur-Mer line to Lanchères - Pendé station.
Here a double headed train with Swiss loco no.909 and CFBS no.15 pulls into one of the loops.

No.1 "Aisne" restarts a mixed train from Lanchères-Pendé, leaving no.909 in the loop.

With the Hartz loco now in the middle road no.909 & 15 restart the passenger train for Cayeux-sur-Mer.

Hartz no.6001 follows shortly afterwards in the direction of Cayeux.

A busy scene at Cayeux-sur-Mer station with 6001 now on the mixed train and the other 3 locos shunting
to leave one rake of coaches at the station overnight.

The 3 locos now triple head one rake of coaches back to St. Valery from Cayeux.

Also St. Valery bound is the mixed train seen on the outskirts of Cayeux with 6001 in charge.

600 cm gauge track was temporarily laid in the main street at Cayeux for the weekend,
with Decauville no.5 from the P`tit Train de la Haute Somme.
