First thing on Friday morning Avonside 0-4-0 RS16 "Fred" assists a diesel shunter to propel the two standard gauge coaches
for the St. Valery to Noyelles shuttle from the depot to St. Valery Port station.

The standard gauge locos, and métro unit, await departure from St. Valery Canal depot.

A small gathering of CFBS staff in the yard with a local priest.

Around 10.00 am the Sprague-Thomson métro train leaves St. Valery depot on the dual gauge track to Noyelles-sur-Mer.

Shortly afterwards the K8 pacific takes the shuttle coaches to Noyelles.

Ateliers La Chapelle mogul no. 230.D.9 (built 1909), normally resident at Cité du Train in Mulhouse and not in steam,
is propelled by KESR 2-6-0 locomotive "Norwegian".

Alstom, Siemens locomotive no 75022 also has a Cité du Train coach in tow.
